Neil Pennington – the man behind the name

Neil Pennington has more than 20 years’ experience in accounting, business development, business change and financial analysis and management – including at senior leadership levels in industries as diverse as electricity retail and generation, commodity and financial market trading, sports administration and agriculture.

In these roles Neil has demonstrated his talent for improving performance – a success that’s based on a solid understanding of the financial fundamentals, a talent for identifying opportunities and challenges, and an ability to develop innovative yet highly practical solutions.

Neil has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Henley Management College in the United Kingdom, is an Associate Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management, and has an accounting degree and diploma in management.

Conaugh Gibbs – Opunake Office

Conaugh has been working as an accountant within Taranaki since 2011 for various accounting firms, resulting in a profound knowledge regarding the accounting and tax practices that are accepted in New Zealand.

Specialising as a financial accountant, Conaugh enjoys working alongside clients to achieve both immediate and strategic goals. Conaugh completes both commercial and rural accounts; her knowledge in rural accounting is impeccable after working through the ranks with her partner, and achieving dairy farm ownership in coastal Taranaki.

Conaugh has a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from Massey University, she is working from both the Opunake office and home with her three young children.
