Every plan comes with a free one hour consultation where we can discuss what’s best for you and decide a plan of action for getting the most out of your business. As every businesses needs differ, we can also provide a proposal tailored to meet your circumstances.

Business planning starts with a simple statement of what your Aspirations (Vision) are and who you want to be as seen by all stakeholders. We also assist you to clarify your core purpose (why we are doing what we do) and organisational values (how we want to be seen behaving). Then we follow this with clear and succinct goals for achieving your core purpose. The strategies developed are simply how, when and who is required to meet our objectives. We also include some information on products and services offered, brief summary of competitors strengths and weaknesses, financial summary and some milestones and stop/go decision making tools.

Introductory Plan

The Introductory Plan is for small to medium businesses with usually less than five staff and who require a brief overview of strategy for internal purposes and external stakeholders such as bank lending requirements. The plan includes the following:

• Initial consultation (Free)
• Half day session to meet with you and your team to collate your aspirations and actions
• Completion of a business plan report which includes:
  • Name and Logo
  • Core Purpose
  • Aspirations and Goals
  • Your marketing opportunity and solution
  • Products/and or services
  • Funding needs
  • Financial projections (two years actual, three years forecast; Income, Expenses and Profit)
  • Action Plan and milestones.
• One free follow up consultation during year

Fee $2,625 (excl GST)

Standard Plan

The Standard Plan is for small to medium businesses generally with less than 10 staff and no departmental separation. The Standard plan also includes components of the WOF financial benchmarking report.

• Initial Consultation free
• SWOT
• Financial Projections including marketing
• Schedule ranking risks with mitigation strategies
• One additional free follow up to get any further background information on your business
• Pre meeting questionnaire for staff. Questionnaire is agreed prior to release.
• Team meeting of no more than half a day is held.

Building on from the Introductory Plan it includes a section on strategy sessions and will involve more in-depth analysis of both the internal and external environment of your business operations. A full SWOT is also undertaken with risks and mitigation strategies included along with commentary and actions regarding key areas for success.

There are follow up and measurement tools and you get access to a live business plan. It is expected the total time commitment from your team will be a maximum of 1 day including undertaking questionnaire, an initial strategy session and then follow up session discussing and finalising the outcomes.

Fee of $5,250 (excl GST)

Premier and Platinum Plan

The Premier and Platinum (includes individual departments or work streams) plans provide considerably more detail regarding marketing of your products and services, competitor analysis and also more significant financial projections including detailed long term budgets and balance sheet projections.

The next part of the process will include detailed questionnaires for staff, including departmental strategy and a team strategy sessions of two half days is organised once questionnaire results have been determined. From there ideas are collated and a draft plan is presented to the team for finalisation. PC then provides reports and tools for follow up and measurement.

Building on from the Introductory and Standard plans, it includes a section on strategy sessions and will involve more in-depth analysis including questionnaires for staff and a team strategy session of no more than half a day. Also included is long term strategic planning taking into consideration BHAG’s and other long term goals.

A full SWOT is also undertaken with risks and mitigation strategies included along with commentary and actions regarding key areas for success.

A full marketing plan is added and departmental strategy sections are also added with a lot more detail down to task level.

There are follow up and measurement tools and our clients get access to a live business plan. It is expected the total time commitment from your team will be a maximum of 3 days including undertaking questionnaire, departmental strategy sessions, a company strategy session and then follow up session discussing and finalising the outcomes.
